• The safety measures that are being taken by both Today’s Media and The Grand Hotel are intended to minimise the risk of contracting COVID-19 but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. By purchasing a ticket, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, and that you and those in your party voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Today’s Media, The Grand Hotel or our Event Partners liable for any illness or injury.   Anyone attending this event acknowledges that they do so at their own risk.
• We ask that attendees do not attend if they or someone in their party is required to self-isolate or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
• We will not be asking attendees for a ‘vaccine passport’,  however we do actively encourage attendees to get both doses of the coronavirus vaccine and self-test prior to the event (either lateral flow or PCR), especially if you are displaying any symptoms.
• We will be encouraging attendees to ‘check-in’ to the hotel using the NHS Test and Trace app.
• We will be asking attendees to be respectful of others throughout the event by keeping your distance, being aware of personal space and making use of hand sanitising stations and washing hands frequently.
• We will communicate any changes prior to the event, but we kindly ask attendees to be familiar with the latest Government guidance.
